Things You Can Bring
- Change of clothes (appropriate and comfortable for the study duration)
- Electronic gadgets (devices with image capturing capabilities, such as cell phones, laptops and tablets will have cameras covered with special tape for the duration of confinement)
- Personal grooming products
- Comb/Brush
- Toothbrush
- Toothpaste (no whitening or tartar control toothpastes or toothpastes with medicinal ingredients)
- Alcohol-free mouthwash
- Deodorant (non-aerosol or spray, roll-ons without vitamins)
- Non-medicated shampoo/conditioner (e.g. no Nizoral/ no Head and Shoulders)
- Soap/Body wash (ingredients to be listed on original packaging)
- Unscented/Non-medicated lotions or creams in their original packaging (e.g. no tanning lotions/no baby oil)
- Non-medicated Lip balm/ Vaseline (e.g. no Blistex/ no Lypsyl)
- Make-up products (ingredients to be listed on original packaging)
- Feminine products

- Prescription Medications
- Over-the-counter Medications
- Vitamins/ Mineral Supplements
- Natural/ Herbal products (e.g. coconut oil/ food supplements)
- Personal supply of food or drinks (e.g. mints/ gum/ candy/ juice/ snacks)
- Caffeine/ Xanthine containing products (e.g. Chocolate)
- Perfumes/ Colognes/ Fragrances/ Body sprays
- Alcohol and/or alcohol containing products (e.g. hand sanitizers)
- Recreational drugs
- Cigarettes, cigars, tobacco products, vaporizers, e-cigarettes and accessories (e.g. lighters, matches)
- Unmarked products or containers with unknown substances (e.g. oils, creams, makeup, lotions, liquids)
- Photographic equipment (e.g. cameras)
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Sleeping materials (e.g. pillows, blankets)
